Directions
Mix milk and flour in a pot for making the starter. Stir continuously on medium flame until the flour warms up and completely blends with the milk.
Add flour, sugar and yeast in another bowl. Stir continuously.
Add Margarine and mix it with the flour. Keep stirring until the flour starts resembling like breadcrumbs.
Add eggs, milk and starter. Mix properly until the dough comes out together.
Knead the dough well with your palms for about 10-15 minutes.
Add some flour if the dough is sticky.
Place the dough in a large bowl and knead for 1-2 minutes. Divide it into 8 equal parts.
Grease the baking pan with butter and place the dough in the pan.
Cover the pan with a cling film and keep it aside in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Let it rise.
Once the dough gets double in size, brush it with egg wash.
Place the pan in preheated oven (180°C) and bake for about 35-40 minutes.
Serve it when cool.
